No Cabinet Minister at Simon Wiesenthal's Funeral

Its so sad that when Simon Wiesenthal was buried last Friday, not one single cabinet minister attended his funeral. We know that these highly paid political leaders are very motivated when it comes to party or general elections, but when one of the Jewish people's greatest personalities, one who dedicated his whole life in an unrelenting and ceaseless hunt for those responsible for the holocaust of 6 million Jews, every single Minister and the president of Israel had a cosy excuse why they did not attend.

I am sure that the Holocaust and those that played such an  important part in the history of its aftermath, like Simon Wiesenthal shall never be forgotten in Jewish history.  I  dare say that those running our country at present, will probably and hopefully disappear from the vistas of Israeli political life, and a truly caring and responsible leadership will take its place, whose goals will be for the good of the Jewish people, and the Israeli nation and not for the good of their own political advancement.
