Soon, in certain cases, vehicles will be confiscated for specific driving offences. It is a shame that these offences do not include offences made by private vehicles. The reason is that if my child or friend drove dangerously, why should I be punished. If my child was stopped, driving dangerously, I would be happy for the police to confiscate my car.
