Is there a good pub in Tel Aviv where English is the prominent language?

MASH is a pub toward the northern end of Dizengoff, just past Yirmeyahu, if you're coming from the south. There is alsmost always some sort of sporting event one of the screens and oftentimes the bartenders don't even speak Hebrew.
