My Mothers Sweet Lokshen Pudding

225 grams broad egg noodles

2 apples

2 pears

50 gram margarine

100g white raisins

100g black raisins

125 grams candied cherries

50 gram dried blueberries or cranberries

1 egg

juice of half an orange

1 tablespoon honey

Break noodles and boil till tender. peel apples and grate, Peel pears and cut to small pieces. Slice cherries and melt margarine.

Mix all ingredients together and put in casserole dish or pudding basin greased. Cover with foil and cook in oven 150c for one and half hours. Turn out and serve with pa-rev ice cream or golden syrup. Its just great on its own too.
