I wanted to recommend "La Case del Cigar" in Rehovot.  - Gershon Dobenboim str 6, Rehovot. Tel.08-9471685

Wide selection of cigars, pipes (Big Ben, Jiska, Peterson and some others), tobaccos, smoking accessories.

The ower is importer by himself and he brings ample selection of wines from Chile, Italy and France.

Do they have menthol rolling tabacco?  I have been trying to locate some without success in Israel so far....
