Finding tenants
-
We rent the
property and find a tenant that will satisfy any specific
requirement of the property owner. Special attention is paid
to find responsible tenants that will take good care of the
property and pay the rent punctually.

If requested,
we negotiate the terms of the lease and the lease document.
Property
expenses
-
We manage the
expenses of the property, including utilities, municipal taxes,
common charges, etc.

We will assist
a new tenant in changing all bills (municipal taxes, water,
electricity, gas and common charges) that belong on the tenant’s
name.

In case of a
new property, we will make sure to connect gas, water and
electricity.
Repairs
-
We take care of
tenant’s complaints. If repairs are necessary, we will find a
technician and will follow up any work performed.

In case of
repairs, we will always make sure to bring a reliable
professional and will ask for quotes and recommendations.

If the property
is still under the builder’s guarantee we will follow-up any
complaints and repairs that need to be fulfilled by the builder.

Other
property-related services, such as hiring engineers for building
inspection will also be provided.

We will
maintain continuous contact with the owner to notify of any
unusual expenses or repairs.
Other services
-
We will collect
the mail when the property is empty.

We will collect
the rent and deposit/transfer the funds according to the owner’s
instructions.

We will hire
professionals, if requested, such as air-conditioner technician,
gardener, etc to maintain the property.

We will buy on
behalf of the owners any furniture or appliances.
